Agree on participation, skill practice, goal follow-through, and program usefulness at kickoff, then record targets and a review date in the organization dashboard. Keep the plan marked as a draft until agreed with Jordan Wellness. Members can optionally provide starting-point and follow-up ratings; group results appear only when privacy thresholds are met. Workshop attendance is recorded separately.
Open the organization dashboard →Individual goals, lesson answers, and coaching reflections stay private. Organizational reporting uses agreed participation totals and appropriate aggregate themes. If you use the organization portal, members choose whether to share activity totals; small-group statistics are hidden. Workshop attendance is tracked separately from portal activity. Coaching and assessments provide development support, not diagnosis or clinical treatment.
Confirm the preferred language, location, schedule, and delivery format when requesting your proposal. We can plan English, Spanish, or bilingual delivery around your team.
Pricing is quoted for your organization after a consultation. The proposal confirms the program scope, assessment tools, participant count, workshop and coaching volume, scheduling, fees, and cancellation terms. This is a business engagement separate from the $395 individual Your Next Chapter program.
HR Consulting remains a separately scoped service. It is not automatically included in this program.
