Jordan Wellness · MEASURE WITH PURPOSE

Results & Accountability

Agree what matters. Observe practice. Review what the evidence shows.

Authorized clients can review aggregate evidence in their dashboard. Each organization’s results remain private; this page explains the approach.

Five perspectives, with clear definitions.

Participation

Members choosing to share portal activity compared with planned participants. This is not verified workshop attendance.

Practice

Optional self-report of practicing an agreed skill in the past 30 days.

Goal follow-through

Optional self-report of taking a practical step toward a goal in the past 30 days. Goal descriptions are not collected.

Feedback

Optional program usefulness and skill-confidence ratings. These are not clinical assessments.

Review

A descriptive comparison of starting-point and follow-up results against agreed targets and context. Response groups may differ.

A useful review, not just numbers.

  1. Agree

Choose skills, measures, targets and a review date before the program.

  2. Collect

Invite voluntary feedback with a clear explanation of how it will be used.

  3. Review

Examine available data, hidden values, denominators and limitations.

  4. Act

Choose the next adjustment; do not turn descriptive figures into promises.

Privacy and interpretation limits

  • Individuals choose whether to share and may stop sharing. Administrators do not see personal goals, reflections or individual answers.
  • Feedback aggregates require at least five responses. Small and complementary cells are suppressed; some figures will remain unavailable.
  • Percentages are rounded to 10 percentage points and ratings to 0.5. The number of sharing members is visible to administrators.
  • Snapshots do not filter responses by program dates; an export date and a program period are not the same.
  • Descriptive changes do not prove causation, clinical improvement or financial return. Baseline and follow-up respondents may differ.
REAL CASE STUDIES

Evidence first. Then the story.

No customer outcomes are published on this page yet. Cases will be added after actual delivery, measures, context and permissions are verified. We do not use invented testimonials or demonstration figures.

What a publishable case needs

  1. An actual engagement with verified scope and dates.
  2. Aggregate evidence with sources, definitions, denominators and limitations.
  3. An accurate account of what was delivered and observed.
  4. Recorded permission to publish and, where relevant, name the organization.
  5. Human review of privacy, accuracy and final wording.

Authorized administrators can prepare a review draft in the dashboard. Downloading it does not publish it.
